Our Tasmanian dry gin is a London Dry style gin inspired by Tasmania’s wild beauty, using a mix of botanicals grown and sourced from the Tamar Valley and surrounds. A subtle mix of strong and delicate botanicals makes this Tasmanian dry gin complex, yet balanced and full-bodied. Its defining features are the early fresh citrus punch (from Tamar Valley lemons and oranges), the complex and smooth middle from Tasmanian saffron, and the lightly spiced tail and aroma from the earthy and floral root botanicals. The signature botanical used in this Tasmanian dry gin is our pure Tasmanian saffron, which gives a smooth, buttery taste. Saffron is a premium and very delicate botanical, which is difficult to master but the rewarding flavour is worth it.
