The 2023 vintage brought lower than average yields and cooler conditions throughout the growing season. Fruit quality was excellent with small bunches and berries providing superb concentration of flavours and good acid balance. The wine is lively and exuberant featuring vibrant gooseberry, citrus and passionfruit aromas. The generous palate is awash with an array of tropical fruits, ruby grapefruit and soft herbs and offers a creamy smooth mid palate with subtle layers of complexity and impressive length. A crowd-pleasing style which can be enjoyed with or without food. Delicious with seafood of all kinds and lighter dishes.
