Our 2022 limited release Chardonnay has been made from a very low yielding, premium quality and handpicked crop, producing just one 225ltr French oak barique. An ethereally balanced wine with finesse and endless character, which gives your palate a full sensory overload. The initial aroma is of a Juicy melon one, with notes of elegant oak. On the first sip pleasant lashings of white peach are met with natural almond and rich lemon curd, with decadent oak and vanilla notes smoothing out the mid palate with fine integrated minerality. To finish a refreshing final palate cleanse is met with a light citrus sorbet and perfectly balanced natural acidity, making your taste buds linger for the next sip. Highly recommended with seafood dishes like salt and pepper calamari and creamy garlic scallops.
